Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist in Seattle, WA, to lead the digital enablement program for Sales & Marketing, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions and revenue lifecycle management. This role owns enablement capability development for one agile development team, partnering across product, engineering, enablement, sales operations, finance, and program leadership to deliver high-adoption capabilities supporting the end-to-end revenue lifecycle (opportunity-to-cash). The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ), and proven experience driving adoption and change across complex enterprise sales organizations.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as product manager for the enablement capability assigned to one agile development team: define vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlo- g Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plan
- s Own end-to-end capability definition for features supporting revenue lifecycle management (lead > opportunity > quote > contract > billing), with special emphasis on Revenue Cloud and CPQ workflow
- s Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver incremental value in sprint cadence; participate in planning, refinement, demo, and retrospective ceremonie
- s Develop and execute enablement strategy and materials (training, job aids, playbooks, release notes) to drive adoption and reduce time-to-value for new capabilitie
- s Partner with change management and communications to surface impacts, training needs, and success metrics to stakeholders and leader
- s Define and measure success via business and adoption metrics (e.g., quote turnaround time, CPQ usage, deal cycle length, forecast accuracy, user satisfaction); use data to iterat

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of product management, product owner, or equivalent experience building enterprise SaaS solution- s 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, or project delivery experience; demonstrable familiarity with Revenue Cloud and CPQ concepts and functionalit

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $138,550 - $187,450
