Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Business Development and Sales Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals in maritime logistics, freight forwarding, arrastre operations, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from importers, exporters, manufacturers, shipping lines, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping partners, freight forwarders, and logistics stakeholders.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business accounts.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, contracts, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging logistics opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through timely coordination and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and business reviews.
- Handle client concerns related to cargo movement, shipment schedules, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure proper coordination between clients and operations teams to support smooth cargo handling and delivery.
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with forwarding, operations, customs documentation, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, truckers, brokers, and port operators regarding shipment requirements.
- Ensure commitments made to clients are properly executed by the operations team.
- Support process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Sales Performance Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Analyze revenue performance, profitability, and account growth.
- Develop pricing strategies and recommend competitive service offerings.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide the sales team in achieving company objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for sales personnel.
- Foster professionalism, accountability, and strong client relationship practices within the team.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
