Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Short-Form Growth Strategist to lead client-facing content strategy, viral architecture planning, and performance-driven short-form execution.
This role is responsible for engineering scalable content systems, writing high-performance hooks and scripts, managing onboarding and weekly client calls, and driving measurable audience growth.
This is not a junior content role.
This is a strategic, client-facing growth position.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture & Planning
β Lead client onboarding calls and extract positioning, differentiation, and content angles
β Build 90–180 day structured content roadmaps
β Develop scalable content pillar architecture
β Engineer hook libraries and retention frameworks
β Create structured testing plans for format and angle iteration
β Identify performance bottlenecks and pivot strategy accordingly
Viral Content Engineering
β Write high-performance short-form scripts and hooks
β Structure videos for retention, replay value, and conversion
β Apply pattern interrupts, curiosity loops, and psychological triggers
β Analyze high-performing content and reverse engineer success patterns
β Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and scripting while maintaining originality
Client Management & Leadership
β Run weekly strategy calls with clients
β Present performance reports and strategic adjustments confidently
β Handle client objections or dissatisfaction professionally
β Maintain strong communication cadence and relationship quality
β Ensure clients feel guided, confident, and strategically supported
Performance & Optimization
β Analyze watch time, retention curves, CTR, and engagement metrics
β Identify scalable content patterns
β Propose iteration frameworks to increase output performance
β Translate data into clear strategic next steps
Required Experience
β Proven experience working directly with clients (agency, consulting, or in-house brand experience)
β Demonstrated success generating short-form content with 1M+ views (must provide examples)
β Experience building structured content roadmaps
β Experience leading onboarding calls and weekly client meetings
β Strong understanding of virality mechanics and retention psychology
β Ability to write viral hooks and structured scripts consistently
β Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands
Required Skillset
β Exceptional verbal communication skills
β Strong executive presence and authority on calls
β Structured thinker with organized workflow habits
β Strong analytical ability with performance metrics
β Mastery of short-form platform mechanics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X)
β Ability to operate independently without constant supervision
What Success Looks Like
β Clients feel confident, guided, and strategically supported
β Clear content architecture is built within first 2–3 weeks
β Scripts and hooks consistently improve performance over time
β Weekly calls are structured, data-backed, and decisive
β Content strategy evolves based on performance signals
Preferred Experience in Clipping Campaign Management (Highly Recommended)
β Experience managing clipping campaigns or performance-based content reward systems
β Experience working with UGC creators or clipper networks
β Familiarity with structured payout systems and quality control workflows
β Ability to design or manage clipper onboarding, submission standards, and approval systems
β Experience optimizing clipping campaigns based on performance metrics
β Understanding of scaling creator ecosystems while maintaining quality control
Clipping campaign experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Strategic short-form growth
expertise remains the primary requirement.
