Senior Social Media Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for all Woodpeckers brands.
• Able to do create creative videos and experimentations with contents.
• Strategize monthly social media calendar that aligns with the brand directions/campaigns.
• Oversee the publication and management of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms.
• Measure & monitor the success of every social media initiatives with proper post campaigns / monthly reporting.
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Operations, and relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with agencies, influencers and relevant partners to ensure tasks is properly coordinated.
• Community Manager, help social media queries and optimizing our community manage processes.

Qualifications:

• Aware of using social media for Brand awareness and engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, XiaoHongShu and other social media best practices and use of platform.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to experiment and explore new social media contents and medium.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
