Averus Group operates two health and wellness brands (Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics) delivering advanced neurological and physical treatments including PEMF, HBOT, and neurological rehabilitation. Our patients come to us when conventional medicine hasn’t worked. We get results because we hold ourselves to an exceptional standard across every function of the business — including marketing.
We’re building an in-house team that owns outcomes, not just outputs. That means the people we hire aren’t task-completers — they’re operators who understand that the quality of their work directly affects whether a patient walks through our door and gets the help they need.
THE ROLE
Write the pages that get Cerebral Health discovered and convince the reader to book.
The technical SEO audit is done. The keyword opportunities are identified — 75 keywords sitting in positions 11–20 that need content to push them to page one. What we need now is someone who can write those pages, write them well, and write them consistently.
This is a content production role with strong SEO execution. You are an individual contributor. You produce written content — service pages, condition pages, blog articles, and FAQs — that is built to rank, written for a healthcare audience, and designed to convert a curious searcher into a booked patient. Every piece you publish should bring someone one step closer to calling the clinic.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Day-to-day, here's what this looks like.
Write Content That Ranks
- Write service pages, condition explainers, blog articles, and FAQs targeting specific keywords.
- Produce a minimum of 4 content pieces per month, prioritized by conversion potential — not just search volume.
- Structure every piece to match the reader’s intent: informational, evaluation, or transactional.
- Write to E-E-A-T standards — citing clinicians, using accurate medical language, and never making prohibited health claims.
- Match the Cerebral Health brand voice across every piece: compassionate, confident, expert.
Optimize Every Page
- Write meta titles and meta descriptions for every page you produce.
- Add internal links that connect content to the right funnel stage — education, evaluation, or booking.
- Implement on-page schema markup for medical conditions, FAQs, and local business where applicable.
- Build E-E-A-T trust signals for the doctors of Cerebral Health — credentials, bios, authored articles, citations.
- Implement technical recommendations from the SEO audit in coordination with the Web Developer.
Get Found in AI Search (GEO)
- Structure content so it surfaces in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — not just traditional search results.
- Write clear definitions, FAQs, and structured answers that AI tools can cite directly.
- Monitor whether Cerebral Health is being mentioned in AI-generated answers for target conditions.
Track and Report
- Monitor keyword positions weekly — flag what’s moving, stagnant, or dropping.
- Produce a monthly SEO report: position movements, new page-one rankings, organic traffic trends, content gaps.
- Update the weekly marketing scorecard with organic search data.
- Identify what competitor neuroskills.com is ranking for that Cerebral Health is not — bring a content gap list to the Marketing Manager monthly.
