As an SEO & eCommerce Web Specialist, you will lead technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and website operations across multiple markets. You’ll ensure site performance, visibility, and conversion while supporting product and marketing teams with data-driven insights.

The Qualifications We Seek
Core Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO for eCommerce websites
- Strong understanding of GEO and how to influence how LLMs read content
- Practical Adobe Commerce (Magento) content and admin experience (non-developer)
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and multi-market SEO
- Proficiency in SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and basic HTML/CSS
- Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and markets with strong quality control
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
- Understanding of international SEO for multi-currency/global eCommerce

Your Daily Tasks
Technical SEO (Primary Function)
- Conduct quarterly technical SEO audits and implement improvements across Core Web Vitals, crawling/indexing, and site performance
- Manage indexation quality including canonicals, robots rules, hreflang, and duplicate control
- Maintain structured data (Product, FAQ, Breadcrumbs, Organisation)
- Reduce crawl errors, broken links, and rendering issues while maintaining SEO benchmarks
On-Page & Content SEO
- Optimise product pages, category templates, landing pages, and metadata
- Maintain taxonomy, naming conventions, and keyword alignment across markets
- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO for campaigns and content
- Identify search demand gaps and contribute to content planning
Website Updates & Adobe Commerce Operations
- Manage homepage updates, promo banners, merchandising, and navigation
- Update products, pricing, and content with strict quality control
- Maintain release checklists, QA processes, and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure accurate catalogue content across AU/NZ/UK/EU/SG markets
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio dashboards by brand and market
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Annotate releases, campaigns, and updates in GA4
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance
Product & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with product teams on SKU naming and keyword validation
- Support marketing with SEO-aligned landing pages and forecasting
