About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO/SEM and link building specialist to join our remote team. You'll manage search strategy across a portfolio of client accounts — technical audits, outreach campaigns, paid search — and be the go-to person for growing organic and paid visibility.

What You'll Do

• ⁠ Own SEO strategy for multiple client accounts: technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, schema, site speed
• ⁠ ⁠Build and execute white-hat link acquisition campaigns — outreach, guest posts, editorial placements, partnerships
• ⁠ ⁠Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on lead gen and ROAS
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and conversions (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush)
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with content and account teams to align SEO with client goals
• ⁠ ⁠Stay current on algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively

What You Bring

• ⁠ ⁠3+ years of SEO/SEM experience, ideally agency-side
• ⁠ ⁠Proven backlink building track record — white-hat only, you can show results
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads
• ⁠ ⁠Strong written English — you'll be communicating results to clients
• ⁠ ⁠Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need hand-holding

Nice to Have

• ⁠ ⁠Local SEO experience
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with agentic AI
• ⁠ ⁠Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

What We Offer
