We are currently looking for a skilled SEO Specialist / Marketing & Automation VA to join our remote team in the Philippines.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEO, funnel building, marketing automations, GoHighLevel (GHL), and paid ads support. You will help improve website visibility, build high-converting funnels and landing pages, manage automations, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and on-page SEO
• Improve website structure, speed, and search visibility
• Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
• Assist with backlink and SEO growth strategies

Funnel Building & Landing Pages

• Design and launch high-converting landing pages and sales funnels
• Build funnels using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, or similar platforms
• Write and optimize landing page copy and calls-to-action
• Perform A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team

CRM, Automations & Technical Support

• Full setup and maintenance of GoHighLevel (GHL), including: Pipelines, Triggers, Contact management, Workflows and automations
• Build automations using GHL, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Troubleshoot automation and API connection issues
• Help streamline systems and reduce manual tasks

Paid Ads & Reporting

• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Google Ads and paid campaigns
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, and ad performance
• Create reports for marketing and funnel performance
• Support optimization efforts to improve ROI

Website Maintenance

• Keep websites and landing pages updated, functional, and optimized
• Ensure pages are mobile-friendly and performing properly

Qualifications

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required
• Experience with SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel building
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels, WordPress, and similar platforms
• Experience supporting or managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnel logic
• Experience building automations and workflows
• Technical ability to troubleshoot API connections and integrations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available to work night shift hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH Time)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Facebook Ads
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with Zapier and Make integrations
