SEO Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s visibility on Google and other search engines.
- Conduct keyword research for healthcare, homecare, nursing care, elderly care, physiotherapy, doctor-on-call, wellness, and related services.
- Optimize website pages, service pages, blogs, landing pages, and location-based content for relevant healthcare search terms.
- Write and update meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, URLs, and internal links.
- Improve local SEO performance for Dubai/UAE healthcare and homecare-related searches.
- Manage and optimize the company’s Google Business Profile, including service details, posts, reviews, photos, and location information.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Conduct technical SEO checks, including site speed, mobile usability, indexing issues, broken links, redirects, sitemap, and crawl errors.
- Work with content creators and marketing teams to plan SEO-friendly blogs, website content, FAQs, and patient education articles.
- Identify content gaps and recommend new healthcare topics based on search demand and competitor analysis.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand ranking opportunities and improve the company’s online presence.
- Build and manage internal linking strategies to improve website structure and service page performance.
- Support backlink-building strategies through ethical outreach, directory listings, partnerships, and healthcare-related platforms.
- Ensure all SEO content follows healthcare advertising standards, company guidelines, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Track and report monthly SEO performance, including keyword rankings, traffic growth, leads, and conversion trends.
- Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with web developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
- Optimize content for local service areas, including city-specific and area-specific healthcare/homecare searches.
- Recommend website improvements to enhance user experience, lead generation, and search engine performance.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, healthcare SEO trends, and local SEO best practices.
