SEO Technical Manager
A. Technical Responsibilities (50%)
1. Technical SEO & Website Performance
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including:
o Site audits
o Crawlability and indexing
o Core Web Vitals
o Site speed optimisation
o Structured data/schema implementation
o Canonicalisation and redirect management
- Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and maintain high search visibility.
- Support website launches, redesigns, migrations, and platform improvements.
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns:
o Google Ads
o Display campaigns
o Remarketing
o Shopping Ads
- Monitor budget utilisation and campaign ROI.
- Conduct keyword targeting and bid optimisation strategies.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for SEO, SEM, website traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
- Utilise tools such as:
o Google Analytics
o Google Search Console
o Looker Studio
o SEMrush
o Screaming Frog
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Technical Collaboration & Automation
- Work closely with developers and IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Implement marketing automation and workflow improvements.
- Support integrations between websites, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing platforms.
5. SEO Tools & Technology Management
- Manage SEO and marketing tools/platforms.
- Monitor algorithm updates and emerging technologies.
- Recommend improvements for systems, platforms, and digital infrastructure.
B. Non-Technical Responsibilities (50%)
6. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Support branding and online reputation growth.
7. Content & Campaign Management
- Lead content marketing initiatives including:
o Blog strategies
o Landing pages
o Social media collaboration
o Campaign messaging
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
8. Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Support sales and business development teams with lead generation strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities through SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates and customer journey experiences.
9. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing team members.
- Provide training on SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Build a high-performance, data-driven team culture.
10. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal departments including:
o Sales
o Operations
o Content
o Management
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and optimise marketing spend.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 7–12 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing.
3. Minimum 3 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
4. Proven track record in:

5. Experience managing cross-functional teams and digital projects.
