Shopify & Social Media Manager

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday

1pm-6pm Eastern Standard Time

Pay: 300 PHP per hour + 3% gross profit commission from every sale

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 1,000 PHP

Job Description:

Please note that this is a remote position; however, team members will be required to remain on a Google Meet video call throughout their shift. This setup is intended to create a more collaborative and on-site working environment with the client and staff, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork during working hours.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Shopify platform experience
• Strong sales and conversion optimization skills for Shopify
• Experience driving sales through social media platforms
• TikTok Shop Seller knowledge and/or experience
• Experience with social media marketing and content posting
• Understanding of Shopify product listings, website optimization, and customer conversion
• Website Development is a major plus

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and improve conversion on the Shopify website
• Manage Shopify product listings and overall website appearance/functionality
• Social media marketing and content management
• Help increase sales through TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Optimize website and product pages for higher customer conversion
• General admin work
