Our brand is a natural crystal ritual jewelry brand inspired by the California coast. We aim to transform crystals from ordinary decorative pieces or overly mystical objects into daily ritual jewelry — pieces that can be worn, touched, gifted, and used as meaningful reminders in everyday life.

We are currently strengthening our brand content and social media marketing system, including website visuals, product content, Instagram main account content, TikTok short-form videos, paid ad creatives, and brand campaigns.

This role will be closely involved in the core content growth of a jewelry lifestyle brand. You will not only film and edit videos, but also participate in content ideation, platform strategy, performance review, and conversion optimization.

Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Short-form Video Content Marketing Specialist / Social Video Content Creator.

We are looking for someone who can combine filming, editing, content ideation, data analysis, and conversion awareness.

You will mainly be responsible for two content channels:

• Instagram main account brand video content
• TikTok native short-form video content

We hope you have a basic marketing mindset and understand what types of videos are more likely to drive views, engagement, profile visits, website clicks, and potential conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily content planning for Instagram Reels and TikTok;
• Propose short-form video ideas based on brand tone, product selling points, and platform trends;
• Develop video hooks, titles, caption direction, and simple scripts;
• Suggest content directions based on new product launches, holidays, campaigns, and marketing moments;
• Translate brand concepts into video content that users can easily understand and want to keep watching;
• Capture 9:16 vertical video footage for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ad creatives;
• Edit short-form videos, including captions, music, pacing, basic color correction, and platform-specific adjustments;
• Assist with set styling, product placement, lighting, props, and moving filming equipment when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in short-form video filming and editing;
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels content formats;
• Ability to independently handle basic filming, editing, and pre-posting video preparation;
• Proficiency in at least one editing tool, such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Jianying;
• Strong content ideation skills and the ability to propose topics and filming ideas;
• Basic data analysis awareness and willingness to optimize content based on performance;
• Conversion awareness and an understanding of how content can influence profile visits, website clicks, and purchase interest;
• A strong eye for brand aesthetics, product details, and visual quality;
• Strong execution skills, ability to keep up with high-frequency content production, and ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to adapt to onsite filming needs, including assisting with set styling, moving light filming equipment, and outdoor shoots when needed;
• Ability to work full-time onsite near Irvine / Orange County.
