About the Role
We are looking for a Singapore Partnerships & Operations Manager to help build MarsLab's Singapore presence.This role combines ecosystem partnerships, business operations, project coordination, events, university engagement, and executive support. You will work closely with MarsLab's international strategy, leadership, business, engineering, and communications teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn strategy into meetings, follow-ups, trackers, events, and visible progress.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate MarsLab's partnerships and activities across Singapore's technology, AI, semiconductor, university, startup, investment, and enterprise ecosystem.
- Help arrange meetings with government-linked agencies, industry associations, universities, research institutes, ecosystem partners, investors, and enterprise customers.
- Prepare meeting briefs, follow-up notes, action lists, and partnership trackers.
- Support local events, roundtables, office operations, partner visits, and executive schedules in Singapore.
- Maintain operating dashboards for partnerships, university collaboration, events, customer pipeline, and investor follow-up.
- Support the preparation of event materials, meeting briefs, partner follow-ups, executive briefings, and speaker notes.
- Track relevant Singapore ecosystem opportunities, events, grants, programmes, and partnership channels.
- Help ensure that all external materials follow company messaging, confidentiality, and approval processes.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem building, business operations, startup operations, project management, university partnerships, government-linked programmes, venture ecosystem, or B2B technology coordination.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore's technology, startup, university, government-linked, or deep tech ecosystem.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong project management ability, with attention to follow-up, details, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to prepare meeting briefs, follow-up emails, trackers, and operating reports independently.
- Comfortable working with remote leadership and cross-border teams.
- Able to operate in a fast-moving early-stage company environment.
- Good judgment around confidentiality and external communications.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, semiconductors, deep tech, enterprise technology, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or venture-backed startups.
- Experience working with Singapore-based government-linked agencies, universities, research institutes, accelerators, industry associations, or investment ecosystems.
- Experience supporting event programming, executive briefings, partner communications, or speaker preparation.
- Experience managing CRM, trackers, dashboards, or startup operating processes.
Success in the First 6 Months
- Establish a structured Singapore ecosystem and partnership tracker.
- Support 20+ external meetings across ecosystem, university, investor, customer, and industry partners.
- Help build relationships with Singapore-based government-linked, university, research, and industry ecosystem organizations.
- Support 2+ local events, roundtables, partner visits, or ecosystem activities.
- Maintain weekly operating reports for leadership.
- Support event materials, meeting briefs, partner follow-ups, and speaker preparation workflows.
CompensationCompetitive compensation package, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity/options.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
