SNS & Community Manager (K-Beauty Brand)

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate SNS & Community Manager who will take charge of customer communication and content planning. Partnering closely with the Performance Marketer, you will lead our social media frontline across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads) and serve as the voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Influencer Management

• Identify and contact influencers who align with our target persona, and handle sample dispatch.
• Provide clear content guidelines to influencers to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop effective hashtag strategies and operate viral campaigns such as TikTok/Reels challenges.
• Conduct continuous SNS trend research focusing on emerging content formats.
• Take full ownership of SNS content management: planning, reviewing, scheduling dates, and posting contents.
• Drive external social media traffic directly to our Amazon store using effective Call-To-Actions (CTA).

2. Customer & Community Engagement

• Actively manage and engage with followers through SNS comments and Direct Messages (DMs).
• Source, collect, and regram User-Generated Content (UGC), and plan SNS events (e.g., Prime Day, Giveaways).
• Provide professional Customer Service (C/S) responses by leveraging your beauty domain expertise.
• Plan and occasionally host live commerce broadcasts.

3. Shopify & E-mail Marketing

• Plan engaging content utilizing your deep knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Establish and execute email marketing strategies.
• Manage Shopify store operations, including listing management (inventory and image uploads) and banner management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the beauty industry and makeup trends.
• Proven experience in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience in e-commerce is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in office programs such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to effectively utilize Generative AI tools.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,491.23 per year
