We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and motivated Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and Medspa industries. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally identifies trends, takes initiative without being asked, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table.
This role requires an individual with a strong artistic eye who can capture, create, edit, and publish engaging content while helping grow our brand through strategic marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms through content creation, marketing initiatives, and paid advertising campaigns.
This is a hands-on position requiring both creativity and execution. The ideal candidate must be comfortable capturing content in-office, editing photo and video content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Capture high-quality photo and video content in-office
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and Stories
- Edit videos using professional editing software
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and social media assets
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action
- Schedule and manage content calendars
- Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic
Marketing & Advertising
- Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Create and manage paid social media advertisements
- Support promotions, launches, events, and special initiatives
- Research and implement current social media and industry trends
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance
- Review engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth
- Provide recommendations based on performance data
- Assist in optimizing content and advertising strategies
Qualifications
Required
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong photo editing and video editing skills
- Proficiency with content creation and editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Artistic eye for aesthetics, branding, photography, videography, and design
Preferred
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- Experience within the Medspa, aesthetics, beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness industry
- Experience running and managing paid social media advertising campaigns
- Photography and videography experience
- Understanding of social media analytics and marketing performance metrics
