<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and foster strong relationships with our online community. Your creativity and strategic mindset will drive engagement and support our overall marketing objectives.
<Responsibilities>
Social Media Strategy:
● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand objectives.
● Manage day-to-day activities across various social platforms, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
Content Creation and Curation:
● Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Management:
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Community Engagement:
● Foster and grow an online community by engaging with followers and customers.
● Monitor trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Influencer Collaboration:
● Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and enhance credibility.
● Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand values.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
● Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
<Qualifications>
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital (social media) marketing.
● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinker with a passion for skincare and grooming trends.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
