Position Title
Full-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
Toro Construction is seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our social media, content creation, e-mail marketing, community outreach, analytics and brand design, as well as assisting the administrative team as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, previous photography experience, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- E-mail marketing to include monthly newsletters and customer surveys
- Photography of projects (Before, during & after) for social media use
- Create & manage content calendars
- Content creation to include reels and static posts
- Social media engagement and management
- Post on social media platforms daily
- Manage & respond to all business review platforms
- Monthly analytics review of social media performance with the owner
- Brand design to include any flyers, brochures or handouts
- Manage community outreach and be the main point of contact for company events
- Assist office team as needed with basic administrative duties
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Photography experience and photo editing is required
- Social media management experience required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Hybrid to include field, office and remote work
Compensation/Benefits
- $50,000-$70,000 based on experience
