Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase organic reach on web platforms.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate outreach efforts, manage relationships with influencers or partners, and enhance brand reputation through strategic communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, content creation techniques, public relations strategies, and e-commerce fundamentals.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and aligned with brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for digital marketing trends, video editing skills, photography experience, and familiarity with Facebook Advertising are highly desirable.
