Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal engagement.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to boost visibility and reach specific audiences.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive brand messaging and support branding initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and enhance content discoverability.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong relationship management.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in video editing projects for social media videos or promotional materials using relevant editing software.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to craft compelling written content with excellent proofreading skills.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce marketing tactics.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Basic photography skills for creating original visual content; video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
