Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and campaign execution.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage this data to refine marketing tactics.
- Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines to boost organic reach.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms, analyzing results with Google Analytics and web analytics tools for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
- Edit visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphics that enhance campaign messaging.
- Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports on engagement rates, conversions, and ROI to inform future strategies.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media efforts with online sales channels for seamless customer experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management within a fast-paced marketing environment; demonstrated success in growing online communities.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to interpret data-driven insights.
- Expertise in digital marketing tactics including SEO, keyword research, branding strategies, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and aligned with brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach toward problem-solving.
