Value Trucking we are a growing transportation and logistics companies based in Texas. We specialize in hauling aggregates, sand, gravel, asphalt, dirt, topsoil, and construction materials throughout Central Texas. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help us build our online presence, attract new customers, recruit drivers, and strengthen our brand.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage all company social media platforms, create engaging content, design graphics, edit videos, and help grow our audience across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate understands social media marketing, video editing, content creation, branding, and audience engagement. Experience working with trucking, logistics, construction, or transportation companies is a plus.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management

* Manage all company social media accounts.
* Schedule and publish content regularly.
* Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries.
* Respond to followers professionally and promptly.
* Grow followers and increase engagement.

Content Creation

* Create attractive social media posts.
* Design graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
* Develop content calendars.
* Create educational, promotional, and recruiting content.
* Create driver recruitment campaigns.

Video Production & Editing

Edit videos for:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts
* LinkedIn
* Create reels and short-form videos.
* Add captions, transitions, music, and branding.
* Transform raw truck and jobsite footage into engaging content.

Marketing & Branding

* Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
* Develop strategies to increase visibility.
* Promote company services and projects.
* Generate leads through social media campaigns.
* Create seasonal and holiday marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 1 years of social media management experience.
* Proven experience managing business accounts.
* Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram.
* Experience editing short-form videos.

Technical Skills

* Canva
* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
* Meta Business Suite
* Facebook Ads Manager
* Instagram Management
* TikTok Content Creation
* Basic Graphic Design

Communication Skills

* Strong written and verbal English.
* Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent customer communication skills.

* Create 3–5 reels/videos per week.
* Increase follower growth monthly.

* Generate leads for transportation services.
* Maintain professional company branding.
