Social Media and Marketing Manager

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on audience preferences, and respond promptly to comments or inquiries to enhance relationship management.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI through targeted ads.
- Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics software to measure campaign performance, optimize content strategies, and report on key metrics.
- Produce visually appealing marketing materials to build our voice using graphic design.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search visibility; implement best practices for social media marketing to enhance online presence.
- Oversee public relations initiatives by coordinating media outreach, press releases, and community engagement activities that strengthen brand reputation.
- Manage social media management tools to schedule posts efficiently while maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce integration, video editing techniques, and social media innovations to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content creation including graphic design, video editing, photography, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to enhance organic search traffic.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent relationship management skills for engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns.
