Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; use insights to refine marketing tactics.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics via Google Analytics and Web Analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Spearhead product launch campaigns to bring viral awareness of new brands.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager; experience in e-commerce marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategy adjustments; detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
- Experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
