The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and social media-savvy intern to help grow our online presence and tell the story behind our projects. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or current student looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, branding, luxury real estate, and startup growth.
The ideal candidate will help manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and visit project sites approximately once per week to capture photos and videos for marketing purposes.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule 3-4 social media posts per week
- Assist with content planning and social media strategy
- Visit project sites and company locations approximately once per week to capture video and photo content
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
- Help grow brand awareness and engagement across social media channels
- Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas
Compensation
- $15/hour Summer Internship
