Social Media Content Creator: Behind The Scenes

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented photographer to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments during our monthly content creation shoots. This is not a traditional portrait photography job, we want candid, documentary-style photos that showcase the creative process, outfit transformations, prop building, teamwork, and genuine moments throughout the shoot.

Responsibilities

• Capture a minimum of 30-50 high-quality photos during a 1-hour shoot.
• Camera is provided
• No editing
• No selecting photos
• No transferring files
• Focus on natural, candid moments rather than posed images.
• Document outfit creation, styling, filming setups, prop work, and interactions between team members.
• Capture a mix of wide shots, detail shots, action shots, and storytelling moments.
• Having enough judgment to capture moments without constant direction.

• Knowledgable in social media taste & aesthetics
• Camera equipment will be provided to you
• Think Sabrina Carpenter BTS photos :)

Bonus: If you have experience working with content creators, YouTubers, fashion shoots, or social media brands, we'd love to see examples of that work.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.82 - $29.89 per hour
