The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to support the growth of multiple brands across the HolistiQ ecosystem.
This is a hands-on startup role ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media growth, branding, and digital storytelling.
You will work closely with leadership across several projects and play an active role in helping shape brand identity, online presence, and audience engagement from an early stage.
This position is currently equity-based, with the opportunity to progress into a long-term shareholder, leadership, or co-founder position based on contribution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and other digital platforms
- Write blog articles, website copy, and SEO-focused content
- Produce short-form video content including Reels, Shorts and TikTok-style media
- Assist with photography, branding visuals and graphic design
- Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers and promotional assets
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain a structured content calendar
- Monitor engagement, traffic and audience growth analytics
- Contribute creative ideas for brand growth and audience engagement
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
- Confident using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Creative mindset with strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Desirable:
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience managing multiple social platforms
- Basic website or CMS experience
- Startup or entrepreneurial mindset
