SOCIAL MEDIA & CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Social Media & Customer Support Manager to manage our brand’s customer interactions across social media platforms, take orders across our social media platforms and oversee order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, posting provided content, managing orders received through social media, and ensuring all orders are properly packed and dispatched to customers. This role combines social media management, customer service, and order fulfillment, and therefore requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Job Types: Full-time, New grad
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
