Role & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Design and manage promotional campaigns for pharmaceutical products, healthcare awareness programs, and company initiatives.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Manage and optimize the company website for traffic, user experience, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Run email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Content Development
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, articles, newsletters, product brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with medical, regulatory, and product teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Develop healthcare awareness and educational campaigns for doctors, distributors, chemists, and patients.
Brand Promotion & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Enhance online brand visibility and reputation management.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and market trends.
E-commerce & Online Marketplace Management (If Applicable)
- Manage product listings on e-commerce and B2B platforms.
- Monitor online sales performance and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners and digital agencies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media, website traffic, advertising campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and analytics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
