Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content posting, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing content that promotes our financial products and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer queries across social media channels.
• Increase follower engagement and brand awareness through regular content updates.
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, fintech industry news, and platform algorithm changes.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns when required.
• Ensure all content follows company branding and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with content scheduling and posting tools.
• Basic graphic designing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital marketing and online branding concepts.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or any related field.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
