We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and support business growth across our solar and security solutions divisions.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s solar and CCTV products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, social media marketing, content creation, and performance tracking within a technical or B2B service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote solar energy and CCTV/security solutions
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to technical products and services
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) focused on lead generation
- Optimize landing pages and website content for conversions and SEO
- Generate and manage qualified leads for the sales/engineering team
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI)
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to align marketing messages with technical offerings
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering-related field, or any relevant discipline
- 2–3 years proven experience in digital marketing (experience in solar, security systems, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical products into engaging marketing content
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
