Social Media Growth & Client Success Manager
This is not a traditional Account Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can become an extension of our clients' brands while helping Nobleer stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes.
The ideal candidate understands how to grow personal brands, create strategic content plans, manage client relationships, and stay on top of what is working across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging AI search platforms.
You will serve as the strategic quarterback for assigned clients, ensuring projects move forward efficiently while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead client check-ins and strategy calls
- Collect approvals, feedback, and assets
- Set expectations and communicate project timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively solve problems
- Ensure feedback is centralized and clearly communicated to internal teams
Content Strategy
- Develop monthly content plans and content pillars
- Create video concepts, content briefs, and Q&A prompts
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership content
- Help clients clarify messaging and brand positioning
- Collaborate with designers, editors, writers, and producers
- Recommend content formats that align with platform trends
Social Media Growth Strategy
- Monitor and research Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Stay current on algorithm updates and platform changes
- Analyze top-performing content across multiple industries
- Recommend growth strategies based on performance data
- Identify trends before they become saturated
- Help clients improve reach, engagement, and audience growth
Market & Competitive Research
- Research client industries, competitors, and audience trends
- Analyze successful thought leaders, creators, and influencers
- Present actionable recommendations based on research findings
- Provide monthly insights on emerging opportunities
Project & Workflow Management
- Keep content calendars organized and updated
- Ensure projects remain on schedule
- Coordinate internal resources and deadlines
- Manage revision requests and approval workflows
- Help maintain production timelines that stay ahead of schedule
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 Days:
- Become the primary strategic contact for assigned clients
- Improve client communication and response times
- Create organized content planning systems
- Reduce project delays caused by missing information or unclear feedback
Within 6 Months:
- Improve content performance across client accounts
- Develop repeatable content frameworks for Nobleer clients
- Deliver monthly trend and growth reports
- Help the team stay 1–2 weeks ahead on content production
Within 12 Months:
- Become a trusted growth strategist for multiple clients
- Contribute directly to client retention and account growth
- Establish Nobleer as a leader in authority marketing and personal brand growth
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, account management, or brand growth
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience managing client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools
Preferred
- Experience growing personal brands
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience supporting coaches, consultants, speakers, authors, executives, or entrepreneurs
- Experience with podcast marketing and content repurposing
- Experience using AI tools for research and content development
- Familiarity with SEO, AI SEO, GEO, and thought leadership marketing
