Role Overview
The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for finding, recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with fitness creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Your goal is simple: get more people talking about KENSUI, creating content with our products, and driving profitable growth through influencer partnerships, UGC, affiliate marketing, and organic social.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fitness culture, knows how to spot creators before they blow up, and can turn influencer relationships into real sales and brand awareness.
ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Creator Outreach
- Find and contact relevant influencers, athletes, coaches, gym owners, and content creators.
- Build influencer lists across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Negotiate product-for-post, affiliate, commission, and paid collaboration deals.
- Manage outreach via email, Instagram DMs, TikTok, and other channels.
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and creator performance.
Influencer Campaign Management
- Send products to influencers and make sure they understand the key selling points.
- Create clear briefs for creators while allowing them enough creative freedom.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, posting dates, and usage rights.
- Monitor posts, collect content, and report on performance.
- Identify which creators produce the best content and sales.
UGC & Content Sourcing
- Source high-quality UGC that can be used for paid ads, organic social, PDPs, and email.
- Work with creators to generate product demos, transformations, hooks, testimonials, and educational content.
- Organize content by product, angle, hook, and performance.
- Spot patterns in what type of content converts best.
Affiliate & Ambassador Program
- Recruit and manage affiliates and brand ambassadors.
- Help grow an ongoing creator program for KENSUI.
- Track codes, links, commissions, and sales.
- Keep top creators engaged with new products, campaign ideas, and incentives.
Social Media Support
- Help plan and manage organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Repurpose influencer content into reels, shorts, posts, stories, and ads.
- Monitor fitness trends, viral hooks, creator formats, and competitor content.
- Suggest new content ideas based on what is working in the market.
Requirements
- Experience with influencer marketing, creator outreach, social media, affiliate marketing, or UGC.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and fitness content.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable sending many outreach messages and following up consistently.
- Organized and able to manage many creator relationships at once.
- Good eye for content: you can tell what feels native, engaging, and likely to convert.
- Interest in fitness, strength training, calisthenics, bodybuilding, home gyms, or sports.
- Data-aware: able to track creators, posts, costs, sales, engagement, and ROI.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or affiliate platforms.
- Existing relationships with fitness creators.
- Experience managing UGC for paid ads.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience using tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Shopify Collabs, GRIN, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar.
- Personal interest in training or experience creating fitness content yourself.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
