Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of our HR consultancy firm and its HR solutions arm targeted at businesses. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, strengthen brand visibility, support candidate sourcing efforts, and promote the company’s HR products and services to corporate clients across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s branding, recruitment, and business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar covering recruitment campaigns, employer branding, HR insights, company updates, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends, industry conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to promote job openings, company events, and client-focused campaigns effectively.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, inquiries, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Execute paid social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and candidate sourcing efforts.
- Support the development of visual and written content including graphics, short videos, captions, newsletters, articles, carousels and promotional materials.
- Ensure all social media communications maintain brand consistency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Prior experience working within an HR consultancy, recruitment agency, corporate services, or professional services environment is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and executing successful engagement campaigns.

- Familiarity with content scheduling, social media analytics, and performance reporting tools.
- Knowledge of paid advertising across social media platforms.
- Understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and digital communication strategies for promoting HR solutions and professional services.
- Ability to stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging social media content formats.
General Conditions
- Remuneration: N200,000 - N250,0000 monthly
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
