Role Overview
- We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness, builds community, and boosts customer engagement across our social platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Content Creation: Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks), graphic assets, and compelling captions.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments/DMs, spark conversations, and handle customer queries quickly.
- Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent multi-channel content calendar using scheduling tools to optimize posting times.
- Social Listening: Monitor internet trends, industry news, viral audio, and competitor activity to pivot content strategy rapidly.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key weekly metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) to optimize future campaigns.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, pitch, and coordinate partnerships with content creators and industry influencers to expand brand reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts and building organic digital communities.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual content creation, short-form video editing, and copywriting skills.
- Advanced proficiency with mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, SEO hashtags, distribution tactics, and platform-specific best practices.
