Who We Are
We operate a creative agency with multiple portfolio brands. We work on our own strategic platforms alongside client projects. Our brands span different audiences — some are B2B, some are community-focused, some are product-driven — and each has a distinct voice and mission.
We're building these brands and this agency as a cohesive ecosystem. You'll manage the social presence across our portfolio, understanding how each brand speaks, who they reach, and how they connect.
What You'll Do
You will work with the team, managing social strategy and execution across our portfolio brands and client accounts. We manage social for our own strategic platforms plus client projects that come through the agency.
You'll create content that reflects each brand's voice. Respond to community. Track what works. Collaborate with the team on strategy and client delivery. This is about understanding different audiences, voices, and business goals, then executing all of them well.
About This Role
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Create and post short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels across portfolio brands and client accounts (~3–5 posts/week per brand, varies with client load)
- Develop carousel posts, Stories, graphics, and visual content using Canva or any other tool
- Write captions that feel authentic and true to each brand's voice (including understanding client brand guidelines)
- Respond to comments, DMs, and messages across all accounts with genuine engagement
- Track what's resonating for each brand and understand why
- Manage content calendars across multiple accounts so nothing overlaps
- Work with the other Social Media Manager to divide work and support each other
- Monitor paid media performance (Meta ads, TikTok Ads) and report on ROI and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader team (designers, strategists, etc.) on client deliverables and internal projects
- Flag growth opportunities and community insights to leadership
You'll work on:
- Creating short-form video content and graphics across portfolio brands and client accounts
- Responding to community comments and messages across all accounts
- Tracking what works for each brand/client and understanding audience behavior
- Managing coordinated content calendars across multiple accounts
- Monitoring and optimizing paid media performance
- Client project delivery (social strategy, content, reporting)
- Collaborating with the other Social Media Manager and the broader team
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 1–2 years of experience managing social media (for brands, creator accounts, community groups, or agency)
- You understand TikTok and Instagram culture natively, you use both regularly and know how they work differently
- You can write short-form copy that feels human and conversational
- You're comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- You understand analytics and can read data to inform decisions
- You can manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without losing quality
- You can adapt your voice/approach to different brands and client briefs
- You can manage deadlines, organize your workflow, and follow through
- You're open to feedback and genuinely interested in improving
- You work well in a team environment and can collaborate effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar)
- Experience with Canva or graphic design
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or TikTok Analytics
- Background in community management or managing online spaces
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts with different audiences
- You have a personal connection to our missions (women's empowerment, creative tools, design platforms)
This role is a launching pad. Strong performers often move into client strategy, social media strategy director, paid media management, or account management.
