Social Media Manager
Position: Marketing and Communication Specialist
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications or any related degree
- Preferably with experience in Marketing and/or Social Media Management
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Canva
- willing to work in a pure onsite set-up in Ayala Makati
Role Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives of the organization.
The role covers day-to-day support for digital marketing, social media, campaign implementation, sales and marketing materials, event support, agency coordination, and performance monitoring.
As the organization transitions into a consolidated Marketing Hub for the PFI Group, the role is also expected to gradually take on broader responsibilities in marketing operations and paid campaign coordination, including timeline management, campaign tracking, reporting consolidation, launch readiness, and coordination with performance marketing partners and internal stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Support the execution of marketing and communication programs across internal and external audiences.
2. Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns in coordination with partner agencies and under the guidance of the immediate head.
3. Help manage and monitor PhilLife's official social media platforms, including content coordination, posting requirements, community response, and escalation of inquiries to concerned units when needed.
4. Review and help recommend content, messaging, and design improvements for digital and social media materials.
5. Assist in the development and coordination of marketing and communication materials, sales tools, presentations, and other brand collateral for PhilLife.
6. Provide marketing support for PhilLife distribution channels, business teams, and campaigns from planning through execution.
