Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee, curate, and strategically grow our brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Audience Engagement: Actively interact with our community, managing responses to comments, direct messages, and inquiries.
• Workforce Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking workers and applicants, ensuring smooth and supportive daily communication.
• Recruitment Outreach: Assist with strategic talent outreach and administrative communication tasks to help scale our team.

Job Requirements

• Location: Must permanently reside in Latin America (Applications from outside LATAM will not be considered).
• Experience: 1–2 years of recent, proven experience in social media management, digital communications, or a closely related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. You must be able to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently in both languages to engage with various audiences and team members.
• Platform Expertise: Strong, native familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, analytics, and current trends.
• Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated potential or previous experience to step into higher leadership and management roles as the company scales.
• Preferred Experience (Bonus): Previous experience working within a Human Resources (HR) or Recruiting department is highly preferred, but not required.
