Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital trends.
This role will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities, creating engaging content strategies, supporting brand visibility, and driving engagement across all social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and campaigns
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short-form videos
- Collaborate with media, design, and content teams to support podcasts, interviews, and digital campaigns
- Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Support brand growth, audience engagement, and digital visibility initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing paid and organic social campaigns
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely content delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies
- Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging visual and written content
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with podcasts, media brands, startups, or content-driven companies
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with personal branding and thought leadership content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
