Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Social Media Manager based in Maitama. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media accounts, creating and implementing content strategies, and planning and executing social media marketing campaigns. The role also involves monitoring engagement metrics, building an active online community, and ensuring alignment with the company's branding and messaging goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to track engagement and campaign success
- Experience in using social media to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate
