Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitive activity to inform content planning.
- Use social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer and Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize publishing schedules.
- Analyze social analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while engaging in relationship management with influencers, partners, and followers.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives by integrating social media efforts with sales strategies.
- Produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to enhance visual storytelling.
- Creating professional graphic designs and visual content for in store and digital use.
- Editing videos for social media, with the ability to create compelling content optimized for engagement across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content performance.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement strategies, and storytelling techniques to maximize content performance.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management techniques.
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Passion for digital marketing trends, photography skills, and creative storytelling.
