Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Supervisor, this role will focus primarily on capturing, producing, and editing engaging video and photo content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a clinical environment, interacting professionally with staff and clients, and bringing our brand story to life through high-quality visual content.
This is a hands-on content production role that requires strong videography, photography, and editing skills. You'll play a key role in helping showcase our services, team culture, client experiences, and educational content while ensuring all materials align with our established brand style and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and capture high-quality video and photo content in clinical and office environments.
- Edit and produce engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brand standards, messaging, and visual style.
- Create short-form and long-form content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor to execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct content shoots involving staff, clients, and clinic activities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with developing creative content ideas, video concepts, and storytelling opportunities that highlight company services and culture.
- Capture testimonials, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, staff spotlights, and event coverage.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Compile and prepare monthly social media performance reports using analytics from various platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and summarize key performance data for the marketing team.
- Stay current with social media trends, content formats, platform updates, and video editing techniques.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and content projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience creating social media content, with a strong portfolio showcasing videography, photography, and editing work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to create content that aligns with an established brand identity and style guide.
- Comfortable filming in clinical, healthcare, or professional environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage with staff and clients on camera and during content shoots.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, medical, or service-based organizations.
- Photography and lighting experience.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, reels, shorts, and TikTok-style content creation.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Compensation
Starting wage is $22 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience.
