Social Media Manager
### Role Overview
Visibility Logic is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven **Social Media Manager** to lead and grow our social media presence across key platforms, with primary focus on **YouTube** and **Facebook Ads**.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth, and can translate business goals into engaging content and high-performing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media operations, creating content strategies, running paid campaigns, and driving measurable growth for the brand.
### Key Responsibilities:
* **Social Media Strategy & Growth:** Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies focused on YouTube channel growth and Facebook organic + paid performance.
* **Content Management:** Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (videos, graphics, reels, carousels, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
* **Paid Media Management:** Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead/sales targets.
* **Community Management:** Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments, build relationships, and manage community sentiment across platforms.
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, conversions, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* **Creative Production:** Use Canva to design visual assets and support video content creation for YouTube and Facebook.
* **Workflow & Collaboration:** Work closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals. Use tools like Jira for task management and Figma/Miro for planning content calendars and campaigns.
* **AI Utilization:** Leverage Gemini AI and other tools to brainstorm content ideas, write captions, generate scripts, and improve workflow efficiency.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on **YouTube growth** and **Facebook Ads**.
* Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
* Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (especially Meta Ads Manager).
* Proficiency in **Canva** (mandatory). Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing tools is a plus.
* Experience with analytics tools (YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
