Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across digital platforms
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers
- Respond to messages, comments, and online enquiries professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics tools
- Excellent content creation and communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills are an advantage
