Job summary
The Social Media Strategist is the voice of our brand online. You will be responsible for managing our presence across all social media platforms, fostering dynamic community engagement, and deriving actionable insights from data. Additionally, you will drive our email marketing efforts to nurture relationships and keep our audience informed.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute content calendars, scheduling, and posting across all official pages.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to foster a vibrant online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators across platforms, analyze data, and compile regular reports with strategic insights.
- Email Marketing: Write and disseminate engaging newsletters and automated email campaigns to our email list. This will be useful for upcoming programs and building our audiences outside social media platforms.
- List Management: Maintain and segment email subscriber lists to enable targeted, effective communication.
Requirements:
- Social Media Savvy: Experience in managing professional social media accounts and using scheduling tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable strategies, and a willingness to learn on the job.
- Email Marketing Proficiency: Basic experience with or interest in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit) and best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for diverse digital formats.
