Social Media Manager
Candidates should be familiar with local social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and local groups or communities.
Main responsibilities:
- Comment, reply, and send private messages to potential users on social media.
- Promote our short link naturally and guide users to register.
- Help manage our third-party public pages, such as Facebook Page and Instagram Page.
- Support page interaction by commenting, replying, liking, and keeping the page active.
- Maintain their social media accounts carefully and reduce the risk of account restrictions.
- Submit daily screenshots, links, and work records.
Salary
Base salary: ₦150,000 per month (bonus = ₦150,000). Total pay, maximum of ₦300,000.
Daily basic workload:
- 50 comments / replies / private messages per day.
- Comments + replies should be at least 30.
- New user private messages should be at least 20.
- Each post on our public page should have at least 2 interaction comments.
- Daily screenshot and link records are required.
Payment rules:
- No screenshot, no payment.
- Repeated text, spam comments, or obvious flooding will not be counted.
- Deleted posts, abnormal accounts, or risky content will not be counted.
- Repeated messages to the same user will not be counted again.
- Content should be natural and should avoid risky or aggressive wording.
Requirements
The ideal candidates should be active, responsive, familiar with Nigerian online communities, able to communicate naturally in English or Nigerian Pidgin, and able to submit clear daily records.
It does not require daily office attendance. The candidates can work remotely, but they must submit clear daily work records.
Candidates should be familiar with local social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and local groups or communities. Candidates with multiple active social media accounts will be preferred.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
