Social Media Manager + Content Creator + Ads Manager

Full-time · Remote · Reports to co-founders

We're building Pikkah — the trusted way to ship across borders for the African diaspora. Launching June 2026, Lagos London first. We build in public, and we need someone who can turn that into content the diaspora actually watches.

You'll own everything content, social, and paid ads for @usepikkah across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook - and support our founder-led handles. You will create. Actually create. On camera. At the keyboard. In Canva and CapCut at 11pm if that's what the moment needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ship 3–5 Reels/TikToks per week + daily Stories

• Write copy that sounds like the diaspora, not a brand

- Run Meta Ads end-to-end - creative, targeting, optimization, reporting

• Turn every build-in-public moment (a milestone, a hiring win, a product fail, a corridor expansion) into content that converts

• Engage daily in DMs, comments, and the diaspora groups where our community already lives

• Report KPIs every Monday. Own them.

KPIs YOU'LL BE MEASURED ON

• Signups attributed to social + paid

• Follower growth across @usepikkah

• Cost per signup (paid)

- Weekly content output - the cadence is non-negotiable

• Cost per install, install-to-active conversion etc.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF

• You're already a content creator with a body of work we can watch right now

- You've run Meta Ads yourself - not briefed an agency, run them

- You live the Nigerian internet - Pidgin, Naija X, what Aunties watch on Facebook, what's trending in Lagos this week

• You're energised by weekly accountability, not allergic to it
