Responsibilities

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximise reach and impact.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
- Manage crisis communication effectively by addressing any negative feedback or issues that arise online.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management.
- Demonstrable ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience analysing social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign optimisation techniques is preferred. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about digital communication who wishes to make a significant impact through innovative social media strategies.
