Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle our social media platforms with a focus on recruitment marketing and employer branding. The role involves creating engaging content, growing online presence, and helping attract quality candidates through social media campaigns and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and recruitment-related posts
- Plan and schedule content calendars and posting timelines
- Support employer branding initiatives through company culture and recruitment content
- Monitor messages, comments, and audience engagement across platforms
- Assist in running and optimizing social media campaigns
- Track social media performance and prepare simple reports and insights
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Good written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content is an advantage
- Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding is a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
