Social Media Manager & Engagement Specialist
Wondrfly is on the hunt for a talented social media specialist to join our marketing team!
About Wondrfly: We are a new startup that is helping parents to discover and manage kids’ classes and activities locally in New Jersey – and soon across the national US market online.
Are you skilled at communication on social media? Do you know how to interact naturally with both parents and small business owners? Do you have proven experience building authentic, highly engaged online communities?
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a social media assistant and engagement specialist. You will join a team that currently manages our existing presence and play a crucial role in helping us to expand in new markets. You will build relationships with business owners, content creators and parents on our social media platforms. Your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with our current social media manager and engagement specialist to own the coordination and distribution of content on new Instagram channels
- Identifying ideal connection opportunities with activity providers, parents, content creators and influencers
- Ownership of outbound engagement from Wondrfly’s social accounts in the form of likes, comments, story replies, shares, etc.
- Messenger management for relationship development on various accounts - outreach, inbound responses, etc
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure that communication style aligns with Wondrfly
- Staying hyper-current on what Wondrfly offers (and does not offer) to each segment of our audience
- Maintain a consistent persona and brand voice across all social accounts
