The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to improve brand visibility, marketing efforts, customer engagement, and online presence. Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage all company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Content Creation & Publishing:
- Create engaging, creative, and relevant content, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate campaign and promotional content.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media platforms and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with followers, clients, and online communities.
- Manage online reputation and escalate issues where necessary.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
- Assist in running paid advertisements and sponsored campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics.
Market & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
- Recommend innovative ideas to improve online visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
